Membership Agreement

I Agree to pay monthly dues to the Atlantic Offshore Lobstermen’s Association in the amount of ten cents ($.10) per gallon of my vessel fuel usage during the time my vessel is actively fishing for lobster (copies of fuel statements to be included with monthly payments). I understand the minimum dues per year will be $1000. Dues for additional lobster vessels, fished in Area 3 and owned by the same member, are $300 annually.
